メンタル・イデア・ラボの本城ハルです。

長く臨床に携わった経験を活かしたいと今回メンタル・イデア・ラボを立ち上げました。

Mental Idea Lab.と書きますが、Ideaは英語のアイデアではなく、見えない“ココロ”の内面に目を向け、自己と向き合うというギリシャ語が語源になっています。

カタチとして見えなくても、ココロは確かに存在します。では、ココロは一体どこに存在するのでしょうか。

頭の中？　胸の中？

失恋したり、可愛いペットが死んでしまったりなど、苦しい時に「胸が痛い」とは言っても「頭が痛い」とは言いませんよね。

そう、確かにココロの存在を実感していても、目で見ることも実際に触れることもできない謎だらけの不思議な存在、それがココロです。

【心の在処(ありか)】を求め、私は臨床心理士になりました。思考が感情や気持ちを作り出すことに興味を持ち、認知心理学を学び臨床に活かしてきました。

職場などで上手く人と関われない、パートナーとすれ違いばかり起こる、子供と上手くコミュニケーションが取れない、なぜか嫌われてしまう・・・。

これからこのブログで認知が引き起こすコミュニケーションのズレをはじめ、日常的な事柄を心理学の面からコラムを書いていこうと思います。
