今回はタイトルどおり、視点を変えてＡＳＤ側から見た定型はどう映っているのか、ＡＳＤのパートナーの協力を得て、パートナーは定型をどう見ているのかを書いてみようと思います。ＡＳＤの人が全部が全部パートナーのように見えるとは言えませんが、定型側からのＡＳＤの特性はよく耳にしても、ＡＳＤの視点からの定型の『特性』はほとんど耳にしないので、興味深く、参考になるのではないでしょうか。もちろん、科学的、学術的なエビデンスはなく、ＡＳＤのパートナーの主観なので、飽くまでも参考です。
パートナーはＡＳＤの孤立型で、ＡＤＨＤの重複はありません。そんなパートナーから見ると、定型の私はもちろん、社会を構成していると言われている定型（と言われるマジョリティー）は、『定型障害なんじゃないの？』と映るようです。
彼によると、この【定型障害】には、ＡＳＤやＡＤＨＤにも特性からいろいろなタイプがあるように、いくつかに分類できると言います。実際“定型障害”などＤＳＭ（精神疾患の分類と診断）にはありませんが（笑）、今回はＡＳＤのパートナーが定型“障害”をどのように独自に分類し、見ているのかを聞き取ってみました。
※定型障害：『発達障害』に対するアイロニーとして、パートナーが創作した造語。

まず、定型“障害”は４つのタイプに分類できるらしく、どの定型“障害”にも共通している特性が【共感を求める】ということだそうです。彼によると、この『共感を求める』定型が、思うように共感を得られない時、４つのタイプに分かれていくようです。その４つのタイプとは、
共感強要型
受容自立型
憎悪否定型
無関心型
だそうです。それでは、それぞれについて説明していきます。
１）共感強要型 過度に共感を求め、自分と同じように感じたり、思うことを求める傾向が高く、それが叶わなかった場合、「何でわかってくれないの？」とヒステリックに感情を爆発させる、あるいは溜め込む。カサンドラ症候群に陥りやすい。 パートナー曰く、キーワードは「何でわかってくれないの？」「なんで？なんで？」で、その言葉が出たら共感強要型だと分類するそうです。
２）受容自立型 共感強要型から派生し、ＡＳＤの認知や感じ方を尊重（多少の諦めも含む）するようになり、「彼（彼女）は自分とは違う認知や感じ方をするんだな」と受け止められるようになった状態（受容）。共感強要型を経由しなくても、最初から受容自立型というケースも稀にある。 パートナー曰く、キーワードは『尊重』のようで、共感強要型を経由して受容自立型へ移行できる人は極めて少ないそうです。
３）憎悪否定型 共感されず自分の気持ちに寄り添ってもらえないことで、鬱状態になるタイプではなく、相手をこき下ろし、人格からすべて否定し、憎しみを募らせていく。 パートナー曰く、カサンドラ症候群の交流会などで、相手がいないところで罵詈雑言を吐いている人がこれに該当するそうです。
４）無関心型 認知や感じ方の違いについて、最初のうちは共感を求めていても、それが叶わないとわかると、理解しようとすることも、擦り合わせようとすることもなく、どうでもよくなる（夫婦でいえば仮面夫婦、ただの給料を運ぶ人間ＡＴＭと見なす）。 パートナー曰く、単なる同居人、今風に言えばシェアハウス夫婦だそうです。
それを端的に表せば、下の図のようになるそうで、パートナーが整理しました。
定型から見たＡＳＤは、その独特の認知（からくる言動、行動）から、わけがわからないことだらけで“！？”の嵐ですが、同じようにＡＳＤ側から見ても定型（と言われる人）の認知はわからないことだらけのようです。
発達障害だと確定診断をされていなくても、生きづらさを抱えているグレーゾーンの人は多くいます。
保険請求上、仕方ないこととはいえ（診断名がないとレセプト請求できませんから）、“〇〇障害”と名が付くと、『普通の人より劣っている』『普通の人とは違う』と思いがちです。
“普通”って一体何なのでしょうか？
今回、敢えて“定型障害”という表現を使いましたが、この“障害”という単語は、良くも悪くも一人歩きしやすいもので、時として当事者や当事者の家族に暗い影を落とす重たい響きなのだと感じ、改めて、普段当たり前に使っている【普通】って、何を基準で言っているのだろうか？と深く考えるきっかけにもなりました。

raking in just under $40 million at the domestic box office, and receiving
the lowest CinemaScore in comic book movie history.
Gaga, 38, is reportedly confused at the lack of love
for her turn as Harleen Lee Quinzel, aka Harley Quinn, alongside Joaquin Phoenix, 49, as
the Joker – a role that won him the best actor Oscar in 2019
– in the wake of the standing ovation it received at the Venice Film Festival last month.
‘Gaga is surprised by the response to Joker 2 and is shocked that people don’t love it after
the response it received from critics before it premiered,’ a source exclusively told
DailyMail.com.
‘She put so much heart into the movie and has so much
respect for the DC comics fan base.’

They added: ‘Her team is quietly looking at other
projects they can roll out as they want to move on this
from as quickly as possible.’
But despite the lackluster reception from fans, a second source claimed she is not letting it deter her from returning to the big

‘She is disappointed that Joker is pretty much a bomb,’ they said.
‘She thought that this film could get her an Oscar nomination,
especially since the first film was such a success and Joaquin won an Oscar.
‘She would now like to land a role in Quentin Tarantino’s
next and final film. Nobody knows what that is going to be, but she wants to audition.
‘She’s going to lobby hard to get a meeting with him once a
script is presented, it is a bucket list moment for her to be
involved.’
Tarantino was set to create The Movie Critic which would
have been his tenth and final film, but on April 17, sources told The Hollywood Reporter that the
project was canceled.
The famed director is now believed to be working up a new project
to mark his final cinematic release.
The singer’s team is now keen to push out other projects to help distract from the backlash, insiders have told DailyMail.com
Joker: Folie à Deux has flopped at the box office, with the psychological musical thriller also landing the lowest CinemaScore for
a comic book movie
Gaga, real name is Stefani Germanotta, is hoping the Joker 2 flop will just
be a small blip in her career, after the film received a D rating on CinemaScore — the lowest score for a comic book movie.
Madame Web — which notably also flopped in theaters earlier this year and
also received terrible reviews — holds the higher score of C+.
Joker notably opened with $96.2 million on its theater release in 2019 and
eventually took a little over $1 billion in the global
box office.
The first movie – which was also directed by Phillips – had
a budget of between $55 and $70 million. However, the budget more than doubled to around $200 million for Folie À Deux.
The sequel screened during the Venice International Film Festival
last month, where it earned a 12-minute standing ovation, per Deadline.
It had been projected to bring in around $70 million – but
the number drastically dropped amid mixed reviews before release.
Audiences have since shared their opinions on the sequel, which features multiple
musical sequences.
‘Joaquin Phoenix don’t deserve this,’ wrote one on X. ‘What happened to the script?’
Another user added: ‘Stop making sequels as musicals if the original wasn’t
a musical.’
An insider told DailyMail.com: ‘Gaga is surprised by the response to
Joker 2 and is shocked that people don’t love it after the response it received from critics before it premiered’
‘Joker downfall really needs to be studied,’ shared a third, along with a monkey staring out a window.
One fan branded it ‘bad,’ adding:’ It was pretentious and
dull. Has the aesthetic of an arthouse film without
the substance.

let this escape to theaters.’
Another said: ‘The audience that loved the first movie is
not the same audience running to see musicals.

Arthur Fleck brutally stabbed to death by a fellow inmate
who could in fact by the real Joker.
But others did jump in in defense of the film,
with one hailing it ‘amazing.’
‘100% as divisive as people are making it out to be,’
they continued. ‘I love that the film didn’t try
to be a traditional sequel, and fully committed to the storytelling they presented.
It never deviated to be a film full of Easter eggs or any other
crowd pleasing aspects.’
Another user said: ‘I kinda loved Joker 2. I loved how it was structured as
a meta-exploration of the first film’s fandom and the musical elements were a lot of fun.’

July 23 (Reuters) – Philip Morris International pushed the test-launch of its
heated tobacco device, IQOS, in the U.S. to the fourth quarter on Tuesday and lowered
its annual forecast for the heated tobacco business.
The pilot was earlier scheduled to run in Austin, Texas,
in the second quarter, for which the company reported results on the
day.
The company declined to comment on why the launch had been delayed.
Philip Morris has invested billions to promote
and expand its portfolio of alternatives to traditional combustible cigarettes amid stricter regulations
and falling smoking rates in some markets.
The launch of its flagship heated tobacco device in the United States is also facing resistance from health
campaigners, who have written to regulators in the country accusing the company of misrepresenting past regulatory decisions, Reuters
reported last week.
The company also awaits market authorization from the U.S.
Food and Drug Administration for its IQOS ILUMA device, which
it expects by the second half of 2025.
A ban on flavored heated tobacco in the European Union has already hit shipments this year,
with Philip Morris saying the impact from
the ban was “slightly greater” than previously assumed.
This led the company to temper its expectations for volume growth in the heated tobacco category to around 13% for the full year, down from between 14% and
16% expected earlier.
However, Philip Morris topped quarterly expectations
and raised its annual sales and profit forecasts, betting on demand for its Zyn nicotine pouches, as well as higher cigarette pricing.

Tim, 39, who played a guard at Arkham Asylum in the movie, said Todd Philips’s new film has
‘no plot’ and admitted he knew it was ‘going to bomb’ while filming.
Speaking on The Joe Rogan Experience podcast, Tim said: ‘It’s the worst film ever made.
‘I think what happened, after the first Joker, there was a lot of talk like, ‘Oh,
this was loved by incels. This was loved by the wrong kinds of
people. This sent the wrong kind of message. Male
rage! Nihilism! All these think pieces.

Is there a plot? I don’t know, I think he falls in love with her in the prison?’ It’s not even hate-watchable.
That’s how terrible it is.’
Despite the negative reviews a number of fans of the sequel took to social media after its release last month to defend the sequel to Todd Phillips’
2019 motion picture.
The film debuted to a paltry $40 million at the domestic box
office, good enough for the weekend’s top spot, but less than projections, and half that of its predecessor.
Amid the early returns, a number of fans
took up for the movie and its cinematic depth, in breaking
away from the cookie cutter nature of sequels to introduce a musical element
not present in the first film, with Lady Gaga joining the franchise.
‘Joker 2 was amazing,’ one user said, adding
that it was ‘100% as divisive as people are making it out
to be. I love that the film didn’t try to be a
traditional sequel, and fully committed to the storytelling they presented.
It never deviated to be a film full of Easter eggs or any other crowd pleasing aspects.’
Another user said, ‘I kinda loved Joker 2. I loved how it was structured as a meta-exploration of the first
film’s fandom and the musical elements were a lot of fun.’

bold and brilliant all the same.
Arthur is now behind bars, waiting to see whether he will be judged sane enough to stand trial for
murder, and in the meantime enjoying his celebrity status with fellow prisoners and even the warders, one
of whom, a sadistic Irishman played by Brendan Gleeson, feeds him cigarettes in return for jokes.

For me, Joker was a near-masterpiece, and while this
sequel doesn’t scale those heady heights, it is still
a gripping film about mental illness; not quite comparable
with all-time greats such as Psycho (1960) and One Flew Over
The Cuckoo’s Nest (1975), but not too far off.
– Joker’s Gotham, of course, is a lightly fictionalised version of New York City.
The real thing is the backdrop to A Different Man,
another absorbing story, splendidly written and directed by Aaron Schimberg,
about an urban loner struggling with life.
In the case of the troubled, self-conscious Edward (Sebastian Stan), an aspiring actor,
that’s apparently because he has a disfiguring craniofacial
condition. Instructional corporate videos seem to be about as far as he can get in the
acting world.
There are obvious echoes of The Elephant Man (1980), and for that
matter of recent release The Substance, in which Demi Moore’s character, a former movie star ‘disfigured’ by a few wrinkles, finds a way of transforming into her own younger
self.

Here, Edward is told by a doctor that ‘an alternative path has presented itself’.
In other words, medical science has found a way to reverse
his condition, turning him into a perfectly attractive middle-aged
man.
But Schimberg’s point, made with great satirical swagger, is that Edward, despite
his radical change in appearance, is still the same person underneath that he always was.
In his former condition he was befriended by his pretty, charismatic neighbour, Ingrid (Renate Reinsve), a
playwright. Now he is able to fall into bed with her, and to star in a play she has written about
their relationship, little though she knows of his real identity.
I was even reminded of Tootsie (1982) and Mrs Doubtfire (1993) as Edward’s new
persona fundamentally fails to alter who he actually is.
This is illuminated by the arrival of Oswald, an Englishman with the same condition Edward once had,
but popular, witty, confident, and gloriously played by Adam Pearson (who really does suffer from a
disfiguring condition called neurofibromatosis).
Pearson is probably best-known for his debut film,
Jonathan Glazer’s brilliant Under The Skin (2013). Which is
apt, because this picture, too, is about what’s under the skin.

Saoirse Ronan, for my money one of the most talented actresses of her generation, plays Rita, an East End mum whose son George (Elliott Heffernan) goes missing.
It sounds intriguing even without the casting of The Jam’s former front
man Paul Weller — in his feature film debut
— as Rita’s father.
I’m also very much looking forward to another world premiere, Joy, the story of the three brilliant British
medical pioneers whose work on IVF led to the world’s first ‘test-tube’ baby,
Louise Brown, in 1978.

It is directed by Ben Taylor, best-known for his TV work on shows
such as Sex Education and Catastrophe, and stars Bill Nighy, James Norton and Thomasin McKenzie.
I have heard great things about Conclave, the adaptation of
Robert Harris’s novel starring Ralph Fiennes and Stanley Tucci.
A couple of new documentaries catch the eye, too. One of them is made by
actress Sadie Frost, whose directing debut was a film about Mary Quant.
This time she turns to another fashion icon of the 1960s, with a feature called Twiggy.
And Elton John: Never Too Late promises a ‘uniquely intimate’ look at the star’s life
and career. It’s been made by his long-time partner David Furnish, so… we’ll see.
