アタッチメント不全の中で回避型と言われる愛着スタイルについてお話しして、今回の『生きずらさ／アタッチメント不全』の連載を終わりにします。

自己開示が苦手で誰といても自分をさらけ出して寛げず（緊張状態にある）、人間関係の中で責任を求められたり自分に踏み込まれることを嫌う回避型は、他者に甘えたり頼る（助けてもらう／支えてもらう）ことが苦手です。

幼少期から親に甘えることができず、自分という存在を無条件に認められてこなかった経験が「人はアテに出来ない」「わかってもらえないものだ」「弱みを見せたらダメだ」「信じても裏切られる」というベースを作り上げます。

トラブルに巻き込まれたり問題が発生がしても、自分一人で何とかしようとし他者に頼れません。頑張れば自分一人で解決できることならよいのですが、社会に出ればそうそう上手くもいかないものです。「ひと言相談してくれれば」と周りが思っていても、頼り方や甘え方がわかりません。一人で抱え込もうとするので、当然自分を追い詰めやすくなります。気持ちを擦り減らし苦しみの限界まで耐えて、心がポッキリ折れてしまうか、折れそうになり自分を守るために逃げ出します。

回避型は一見クールに見えるため、頑張って踏ん張っていても周りからはそうは見られません。問題を自分だけの真ん中に置きＳＯＳを出せず、気持ちが折れる前に体に不調（頭痛、吐き気、目眩、胃痛など）として表れます。

安定したアタッチメントスタイル持つ人は、吐き出したい苦しいことがあったりトラブルになると、身近な信頼の置ける人に話を聞いてもらったり、吐き出したくなることで関わりを持とうとするものですが、回避型の人は反対に益々一人になりたがる傾向にあります。

自己開示が苦手であることも、幼少期に親から自分のありのままを受け入れられ尊重されず、否定／支配されてきた結果です。感情を表現することで否定、意思を認められず抑圧され支配される。いつも否定ばかりされると、誰でも自由に感情を表現したり意思表示したくても怖くてできなくなりますよね。自分の意思など気にしてもらえず、支配され抑圧される毎日を過ごしてきたとしたら、自己開示なんかしたくなくなりませんか？

私も子を持つ一人の母親ですから、生活する中で中３のクソガキ（笑）とは日常的にぶつかり合いが起こります。最近は血の雨こそ降りませんが真面目に腹が立ちます（笑）

でも息子が反抗できること、それが間違いであったとしても自分の意思や感情を表に出すことができるような環境を整えられたこと、気持ちが落ち込んだり何かあっても辛い時には「ちょっと話聞いてほしいんだけど」と私を頼れること、そう考えるとアタッチメント成功だと思っています。

「君は日本一のクソガキだと思うけど、何があっても私は君の味方だし何かあれば絶対に力になるから安心してね」そう伝え続けてきて今があります。
