寒い日が続きますね、如何お過ごしですか？
私の友人たちは私のような心理士だけではなく、美容師、ネイリスト、福祉職、ドクターやナース、広告デザインと職種はさまざまです。
これは私が実際に何度も経験し、その度にモヤモヤしていることですが、聞いてみるとネイリストや美容師、ドクターなど皆似たような経験があるそうです。
「知り合いが鬱みたいだから話を聞いてあげて」「彼氏が仕事でストレスあるみたいなんだけど、ちょっとカウンセリングしてもらえない？」「ママ友が旦那のＤＶに悩んでるから話聞いてあげて、シェルターとか教えてよ」「彼女がアルコール依存っぽい（だから話聞いてあげて）」など・・・。
パートナーはもちろん、友人“本人”の愚痴や悩みであれば幾らでも聞きますし、大事な友人ですからちっとも負担ではありません。私にできることがあれば幾らでも力になりたいと心から思っています。
しかし「知り合いが〜、ママ友が〜、彼氏（彼女）が〜」、これはどうなのでしょう。
私には縁も所縁も顔すら知らない真っ赤な他人（敢えて他人という言い方をします）ですから、私が厚意やボランティアで“わざわざ私の時間を割いて”“無料で”傾聴したりカウンセリングする義理はないはずです。
「本格的じゃなくてちょっと話してもらうだけでいいから」←ちょっとでいいなら無料の相談窓口がありますよ？もちろん自分で調べてね。
「プロに話を聞いてもらったら気が楽になると思うからお願い」←プロはそれで食べているのですが、プロの時間を搾取し且つ無料で使うのですか？
「アンガーマネジメントやってるんだから、サクッと軽くさわりだけでいいから教えてくれない？」←サクッと軽くできるものではありませんし、いつもプロとして仕事してお金をいただいているのですが・・・。
なんなのでしょうね・・・。
「美容師なんだよね？うちの子の髪切ってよ」これはまだマシで「うちの子の髪、切らせてあげてもいいよ」と斜め上からのツワモノもいるそうです。「前髪だけ軽くササッとでいいからウチでやってくれない？」←タダでプロを呼び付けるつもり？？「ヘアモデルになってあげる」などなど、まるでネタのようですが案外言われるそうです。
ドクターに至っては「タダでインフルエンザワクチン打って」から「頭が痛いからちょっと鎮痛剤ちょうだい」「旦那の目薬なくなっちゃった、（病院の）薬局で目薬もらってくれない？」まで。ネタを通り越して開いた口が地面まで落ちそうです。
美容師も医師もプロです。学校へ行き、国家試験に合格し、時間をかけて技術や知識、スキルを習得し、それを生業にしてお金を稼ぎ生活しています。
「ちょっとだけ」「軽く」「テキトーに」「チャチャっと」「サクッと」と言うのは簡単ですが、それは彼らの貴重な時間を“搾取”し、知識を“タダ使い”していることに気付いていません。
「友達なんだから」は、“やってもらおうとする側”が絶対に言ってはダメな言葉です。
「空いている時間でチャチャっと」←空いている時間といっても、暇でゴロゴロしているわけではありません。
厚かましい・・・それ以外に表現のしようがありません。
丁寧にお断りすると「ケチ！」
