ＧＷですね。

昨日からＧＷが始まりましたね。

一応マスク着用以外の制約はなく、ちょっと開放感がありますね。

人事異動で新しい職場になった人、大学を出て社会人になった新入社員の人、新人研修でクタクタな総務・人事・労務などの部署の人、４月はいつの間にかいっぱいいっぱいになってしまう時期だったと思います。

このＧＷはちょっとした小休止。思い思いに過ごしたいものですね。束の間、仕事のことは忘れてボーッとするもよし、どこかへ行くもよし、ふらっとドライブ、散歩するもよし、年明けから頑張ってきた心身をとにかく労ってほしいと思います。

ＧＷ関係なく仕事の人は、本当にお疲れ様です。規制や制約がない分、人の移動と人出の種類がいつもと違うので、疲れ方も違うかもしれませんね。

リラックスタイムに今日の自分を２〜３個褒めてみてくださいね。何事もなく平凡に終われた、ランチを美味しく食べれた、頑張って残業しちゃったな、今日も元気だったな、など、そんな感じでいいのです。難しく考えないことが肝です。反省ばっかりしてると“ダメ人間かも”と思ってしまい、本当に“ダメ人間”になってしまうこともあるので、反省はほどほどに（笑）

仕事の人も仕事でない人も、とにかく風邪をひかず、事故に遭わず、元気に過ごせるＧＷになるといいですね！それでは、よいＧＷを。
